I re-check with my Accountant. The situation is that my business is VAT Registred, means I have an official VAT nr. – and going for a Flat rate is not an option for me.When I sell in my country B2B & B2C, I need to show 17% VAT on my invoice.
When I sell to another EU country B2B, I do not add VAT on invoice, but I MUST show customers “VAT Registration Number” on my invoice and I need to make sure that it is a the valid and correct VAT Nr.While looking for a solution, I found this website to get a developer friendly API:
http://vatapi.com/Do you see any possibility to use this kind of VAT API service (even payable) in combination with some wpgeodirectory customizing.

Will there also be a possibility to add EU Legal Tax Rate to the Price and payment Plugin. I need to invoice 17% VAT to local Listing Purchasers and VAT-Free when the user is from other EU-country and has a valid VAT Registration Number.
