I have tried disabling all plugins except for geodirectory but the back button is non responsive. Also the change location menu is not showing in the menu. I have triple checked the settings but I can not solve this.

Yes that worked perfectly. Now how do I get the left side button to appear. (avatar icon)
I have it working as it should ie desktop menu which switches to mobile menu, what I would like to do is use the mobile menu for desktop as well and remove the desktop menu tree.
