We think we figured it out. FYI- it seems it was most likely the GiveWP plugin. Once it was updated, our directory posts started showing again.
Cheers!

I played around with the settings as you described. Thank you so much for helping clarify this! It makes sense and is actually a really great way to do this. You guys know your stuff!
Thanks again.

This reply has been marked as private.Hi Paolo,
We just realized that this may be a waste of your time right now. It seems the plugin that is causing the conflict may not be supported anymore. We are researching a bit more and testing a new solution. We will get back to you within 24 hours to let you know if our problem persists with the new solution we find.Thank you for your patience!
We’re also experiencing a couple other problems related to geodirectory, such as:
1) Listings mysteriously being in draft form, even though they have already been published.
2) Some of the Buddypress profile field titles not showing on profile due to being white.
Not sure if these are related, but thought I’d mention them just in case.

This reply has been marked as private. Thanks Stiofan. I reached out to a developer who knows BuddyPress and we found that the GiveWP was the culprit. I’ve contacted them and are waiting to hear back. For now I’ve deactivated Give plugin as we’re prioritizing signups over donations. Hopefully they figure out the problem. I know it sounds like BuddyPress and Give aren’t playing well together, but I’ll report back if there’s any conflicts between Give and WPGeo.
Thanks for the help!
