I think I’ve found a solution:

You can take the feed of the places:
http://www.website.com/places/feed/

Then you can set up the automatic campaigns in mailchimp and add this feed.
Then everytime you want it sends the last places added.

I will probably use this theme with Geodirectory in another website, because this is only for testing. I will let you know if you haven’t release the next version plugin.
