I’ve already swapped out the license key thinking that it was the right one…then this “Licnese status is unknown” showed up. HOw do I get my old and correct license key back?
This is getting way to confusing! I need help making sure my site and plugins are updated. Please help.
This reply has been marked as private.Hi, I just purchased the 1 year updates for $199.00. I then logged in to several of my sites that have GeoDirectory installed and noticed that it looks like the plugins are automatically updated upon loggging in. Is this correct or is there something else I need to do to update all the plugins?
Please explain.
