Well I did the unthinkable and tried uploading a listing with a logo, and it all went without a hitch, so I suppose the fact that its a RED X doesn’t matter too much?
Sorry, yes – all resolved!
Yeah, I’m missing all the obvious stuff.
New customer login works excellently, with just an option to ‘add listings’ and a redirect to the appropriate page.
One dodgy side to it is that the ‘add listing’ option stretches down below the footer bar (I placed my login box in the footer) but easily overcome by adding a text widget under the loginbox.
Thanks for that – regarding the preferred domain, I never noticed – you can only change it from either www, or to no www.
All set up now!
All sorted!
After two days of messing around with SSL certificates, and then adding the search/replace plugin, everything looks good!
Will do – I’m going to bed now though as this bloody https is doing my head in!
I’ll let you know how it goes.
Ok then, I give up – where are the ‘stars’ images located?
It’s ok, I found that you need to add a custom field ‘subtitle’ in the home page.
Thanks to anyone that was just going to answer!
Hang on, I think we have progress!
All the dummy data came over with identical location details – I changed a few of the listings to different locations and it started to fire up.
We’ll start to get moving at last now!
Yes, it’s as Guust pointed out – my settings are dropping everything into the ocean!
I have the map settings all correct, and the default location as correct, but when set to a zoom-in of 12, all I’m getting is a map of some South Pacific island.
Any assistance much appreciated!

Thanks Stiofan – looks like a whole lot of new plugins will be needed, but it looks superb!
This reply has been marked as private.Hang on – just found a setting in the widget itself, to zoom in on a location.
Set it to about ’12’ and all is good!
…just need an alternative to Autoptimize now…
Hi,
Yes, the Autoptimize settings’ changes have made a slight difference – for instance the map is now showing.
However it’s showing as a full-blown worldwide map in all locations, making it a little pointless as a local map.
Also, if I go to ‘edit this post’ from the front end, there’s an error in the address latitude/longditude – ‘Sorry, no record were found. Please adjust your search criteria and try again.’ – even though the address is filled in correctly.
Finally, using Autoptimize’s ‘inline ALL css’ settings is only recommended for small sites, with minimal viewers – is there another ‘autoptimize’ – like plugin?
