I have another question, maybe you could point me in the right direction:

Right now the location description appears first on the site, but has an h3 tag. The listing overview comes afterwards and its title has an h1 tag. I would like to change that, which file do i have to edit to do so?

You are right, I have one category for each CPT, sorry. Good to know that the “search for” field is not just for categories, thanks for the clarification!
