Hi Alex,

wanted to let you know that I found a tech person from GeoDirectory recommended list and he’s doing a great job! I have the custom navigation menu as I wanted and the Listings page with the map set up as per the Supreme Theme! Very excited:)

Alex I can start a new topic but our thread was already here, I’m going crazy trying to figure out why the individual listing is not showing the website, phone number, social links etc. on the individual page? It should show up in the right column which seems to be controlled by the widgets but can’t find the right widget that provides these details.

Would really appreciate if you can give me a hint on what I’m doing wrong.

Hi Alex,

I figured out how to fix the menu on the home page! Instead of using the Rev Slider template using the full page template and added the CSS to hide the search area from the home page:
.sd.home .featured-area {
display: none;
}

Found it in your forums. Cool this works but now need to figure out how to get rid of the blue background that shows up behind the slider as the page loads. Can you give me the CSS to make it transparent?

Alex, I wanted to know if there is any other Theme that works with the Listing Map same as the Supreme Directory but has more flexibility as far as the Navigation Menu and design elements such as Google Fonts etc. I found this theme: https://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/business-directory/ that is using your plugin but the listing pages have the map at the top so not sure if it will work.

PLEASE if you have any suggestions on any other premium Theme that will give me both the Listing setup and flexibility on design would make my life so much easier.

1. I’m using only one slider on the page: http://terredivulci.it/
Set it up using the “Slider Revolution Blank Template” because if I use the default I get the Theme Search header which I don’t want on my home page. Hope you can take a look.

2. This sounds too complicated for my skills, probably will need to figure out a solution with one menu. Can you tell me if this website is using a custom menu setup: https://www.arbolife.com/en it seems to have 2 different menus depending on the page you’re on. Also I love that the header is sticky on the home page that’s how I want it to work also for my home page.

3. Oy also this sounds complicated, hopefully I can figure it out.

Thank You Stiofan for your quick reply, yes I figured it would not be a simple task but it is so much better as far as functionality for the directory pages.

If I use the Supreme theme, can I create a custom Home page as what I have now? Would it be possible to install Visual Composer Plugin and customize the pages without having conflicts?

I’m at the beginning of this project, it’s important that the site functionality is super User Friendly and your GeoDirectory plugin is fantastic for that but I also want to have flexibility with the design of the site.

Appreciate any suggestions you may have.

tried a few different sizes for the width but it doesn’t seem to work?
[gd_listing_map width=400 height=600 sticky=true autozoom=true marker_cluster=on post_type=”gd_fare” category=”all”]
and
[gd_listing_map width=400px height=600 sticky=true autozoom=true marker_cluster=on post_type=”gd_fare” category=”all”]

Also I’m concerned that with this solution the map will not be responsive. I would like for it to be 100% width and height in the sidebar hopefully.
