Kiran, Sorted this out already in another ticket. Also I deleted all GD plugin and reinstalled them to fix the license issue.

How do I update the plugin. I am not seeing an update notice. Do I delete it and reinstall it?

This reply has been marked as private.Thanks much.. I understand but that is what makes this Instant IDE plugin so awesome it is not part of the WP install when IDE is activated.
Also you can right click on the files and see other options
