We never had an issue before.. so I think I changed some settings recently. I edited those changes to see if this will stop it. But I can whitelist your ip.

I can also get you the password for the Plugin where you can control it if you can log in..

Please let me know as soon as you have completed so that I can reactivate Shield. It is off now.

Also I am having an issue. Not sure if this is a GD or Events issue. If I need to make a new support ticket on this let me know.

When I am in the Events Settings > Search Tab when I try to add any of the available options to Events Search I get a JS error popup. I do not get this on any other of the tabs.
