    Hello Guust,

    The first thing I did was to set a default location – no issues there. I even added two local businesses – the issue seems to be that the server with the dummy data is either overloaded or very slow – I downloaded the dummy data in the .zip file in a matter of seconds, while the installation of dummy data from inside the plugin times out every time, with the exception of the one time that it installed one place.

    The only information I require is the updated directory structure, or where I should place the .zip file contents on my server.

    I wanted to get the category icons, and dummy categories installed, rather than setting up categories manually – that’s very time consuming. But as everything seems to be working, I’ll just do it the slow way. I’ve got the icons stored locally, and will upload them individually as I create categories individually.

    Hi Guust,

    Thanks for such a quick response! Yes, I’ve created a default location, and I’ve been able to add two listings – the main reason I wanted to install the dummy data was for the icons etc.

    The question was about what directory the dummy data should go into by FTP upload. I’ve created the directories /geodir_event_manager/gdevents-admin inside the geodirectories plugin folder, but the dummy places don’t show anywhere.

    Has there been a change in the directory structure since that answer was given about two years ago? Should I move the dummy data to another location? Everythying else is working perfectly, thanks!!
