So if I do this GD > Design > Navigation

The problem is, the buttons GD enables in my primary menu, push all of my current primary menu buttons to the left, and I cannot control the order or placement of the buttons, because the GD primary menu content, cannot be found in the WordPress menus admin area.

    This is a problem.

See look at the attached screenshot.

The way it is set up, the listing must expire and send user back to another package. The admin is repsponsible to set which package the user will be sent back to once the featured package expires.

    The problem is

How is the admin ment to know which package the user is on??

That is the problem with the way it is set up currently.

That is why what i am saying is different.A featured listing is an add on, not a package. Is there any way for the user to purchase a featured listing as an add on?

Yes that is 1 way for it to work.

The other way, is the way I mean.

Where user can purchase a free listing for 30 days. Then purchase an add on feature upgrade, for example 1 day . this will not disrupt the user initial purchase of a free listing for 30 days, it will simply upgrade the initialy purchase for 1 day.

    Get it?

    it’s different no?

    In other words

If a customer uses the currently deplployed payment manager options, and upgrades to a featured package, then what happens when the featured package expires? is the custom revert back to free listing package?

    1. The first field of your GD Search is the Custom Post Type selector, as you state.

    Ok.

    2. Search results cannot display on the same page.

    Why not?

    3. Add the CPT Categories widget to the GD Search Sidebar section.

    Ok.

Why are there no posts dislaying on my directory page? (GD home)

    https://www.airrealty.com/gd-home/

In other words, can the admin define listings cost and timeframe, and then additonally, fetaured listing add on cost and timeframe, so that end user can purchase both.

So this is how i want my directory page to look: https://www.airrealty.com/property/

But it needs to work properly.

    1) user needs to be able to choose what type of post they would like to search for as the first information field. This will impact on subsequent search fields user will be given access to.

    2) user search results need to display on same page

    3) after user makes a search, the categories in the sidebar need to continue to display.

So in the attached images, you will see that the search bar in your link, enables user to choose what type of post type they would like to search as the very first information field.

You will see that in the default search widget I have addedd to the top section of the diretcory page, it is different. It only enables user to choose what type of property type they would like to search. This is a problem, because there are more types of posts, like business, and services.

How do we make my search area the same as the link you sent me?

I can’t find the search widget, that will enable user to choose in the very first information field what type of post they would like to search for. Also I would like search results to disply on same page, like on your example link.

Basically, the way I want my directory page to work is the same as the link you sent me, with some differences:

    1) I don’t want the map in the header

    2) I want the categories in the sidebar, not the other widgets

Can you help me make/configure my directory page to work properly?
