I have now made your Geo profile an Admin, but all of the users were changed to subscribers, and most of them have been lost. Very weird.
Let me try to activate the Whoop theme.

I found a solution. I went into the functions file and added some code to allow me to create a new admin.
I signed in with this new admin in the wp-admin page and now I have access to the admin back office.

Exactly. Your screenshot is how my admin back office looks as well. I cannot see anything else.

There is something wrong. Something that was not wrong before I installed any Geo elements.

I am not understand what you are saying about Ultimate Member.
But both GeoDirectory and obviously, my master User are Admins – but they are not showing the admin back office.

    Really not understanding your comment

    1) I have not done anything to Ultimate member for 8 months.
    2) GeoDirectory is an admin. Positive.
    3) See my other comment before regarding the back office. I have checked and both GeoDirectory and my Admin are not pointing to the admin back office.

Something is happening. I can get into the back office, but I do not have access to any of the plugins. Very strange.

    1) yes. Positive. I just retried with my Admin credentials and it is again forcing me to the home page.
    2) I just installed the Geo plugins, but I removed all the Geo plugins this afternoon to see if that would fix my problem.
    3) No, because I would lose my data. I can see if there are not any that I am using.

What do you mean by not listing any files? When I enter with your FTP credientals I see the entire wp site.

Yes to server and I have a green check mark for everything is running well.

This started before I changed the PHP settings. The system automatically changed themes and blocked us from using the back office before I upgraded. The only thing I did was remove the twentyfifteen site to see if that would allow me back into the back office. I have reinstalled this theme, you can see my site, and I am still unable to enter the admin part.

    Thank you
