I am guessing the other tables are there but are on page 2 (usually paging is at the top of the list). There is no automated way to move the listings and if you were to build a script you would need to account for any missmatch in fields.

I am a it confused about this but it might just be your use of the terminology between CPT and category.

3. You should have a table for each CPT, its created when you create the CPT.

I have never seen/heard someone use that phrase in real life 🙂
The way we suggest is pretty easy once you do it and you can change pretty much any texts.
Something like this might let you change it quickly but it adds more bloat (also i have not tested but it seems to be what its for): https://wordpress.org/plugins/gettext-override-translations/

It is likely finding another “Mold” around the world, if your site is just based in the UK then u can go to GD>General>Search>Add location specific text to (Near) search for Google
And simply enter “UK” (no quotations) and that will solve your problem.If your directory is more than UK based simply the input would need to be more specific, “Mold, UK”

Well there is a slight update, facebook review system takes weeks and sucks…

With that many shortcodes you will have lots of queries. V2 will shave a bit off as it uses a single option object for settings and it has some object caching for duplicate queries.
If i was u i would look for some sort of widget caching or just capture the HTML output and then put it in as html and just refresh it once a week or so, but thats only if 0.05 seconds is important to you…
