ok there are two reasons things were not working 100%
1. you had not added the webhooks as described in the stripe settings (i have added them now)
2. You have two stripe accounts, at the top left of stripe, click the drop down and change to the other account, this has all the customers and subscriptions in it.Thanks,

Can you give me access to the stripe account? or show me screen shots?
Do you have any info when u put stripe in test mode (there is a button on the stripe site “view test data”)I have run tests from my end on my test site and its working ok.

The order of the top fields is not easily altered, anything from category down can be ordered by the drag and drop system under GD>Place SettingsThanks,

Hi Michael,
Thanks for letting us know, as multiple people have not reported it i rand some tests and found that if you run the setup wizzard and on the screen where it asks you “Does, or will, your site have multiple authors?” If you set this to “NO” it will cause this issue, i guess if you say there will be no users it redirects the authors pages to home.
This setting only seems to be in the setup wizzard, i could not see it in the regular settings.Thanks,

We still only officially support (we will provide help if u have problems) WP Super Cache and GD Booster but if you test it and it works for you then thats ok.

Hi Malc,
I notice you have some widgets set as random order, i would not have random order of anything if you have over a few hundred listings, it is the most expensive type of SQL query, please remove all random order by from widgets and anywhere else you might have, that should greatly improve things.

Hmm, if its being marked as paid then the info should be getting sent to stripe.
There are two separate views in stripe for live and testing, you need to make sure you are in the correct view and then under customers and under subscriptions you should see the correct info, please check and let us know.Stiofan
