Hi Jenny,
It looks like you moved from a dev URL to a live URL, the licences are registered tot he dev URL, simply go to the licences page and copy the licence, then deactivate then paste it back in and activate and then you will be able to update normally.
Thanks,
Stiofan
Please check now, the new multinews theme needs to have the file multinews/css/print.css excluded, should all be good now.

Thanks for the info, it was actually a GD database option that was missing, i’m not really sure how that could ahve been removed, it usually only gets removed when the plugin is deactivated, but it’s fixed not anyway.

Hi Roger,
t looks like you moved the site from a testing domain to a live domain, the licence only had the testing domain, i simply deactivated the licence and then reactivated it again to add the live domain and the update worked 🙂
Thanks,
Stiofan
Hello,
It looks like you are running a very old version of OpenSSL, infact it is probably not even compatible with PayPal IPN anymore, i would ask your host to update OpenSSL on the server and see if that helps.
Keep us posted,
Thanks,
Stiofan
Hi Roger, please post wp-admin (and ftp if u have it handy) and i’ll take a look
Thanks,
Stiofan
