1. Some package fields were missing from the CPTs, i cleared the version numbers under tools to force install functions to run again and this fixed that issue.
2. The pricing manager did not have a gateway set, i set WP Invocing and it seem to all work now.Is there any outstanding issues?

The image you have uploaded shows you trying to upload a theme not a plugin.
Furthermore the file ..geodirectory-bundle-146456.zip is not a file we provide, none of our downloads have “bundle” in the name..Thanks,

Hi,
The issue is with the plugin Octabook, it seems to be doing output buffering wrong.
If you can then please disable that and check all your other issues, let me know if anything persists.You should contact the plugin author and tell him he needs to have the correct closing functions for the PHP function ob_start() otherwise there will be problems with nested buffers.
