If you want to add new listings you need to NOT have a post_id set.

I’t looks like you have the marker cluster somehow working on that map, it should not be, try doing to GD>Design>marker cluster and removing it from the listing map

Your server has a 8mb post limit set, you will have to ask your host to change the PHP “post_max_size” setting to 25mb
