Thanks for the info but your site just makes no sense.
Everytime the virtual location page is deleted it is recreated instantly.
I commented out the only two functions in GD that would do this (even though they would not do it virtually) and it was still created, i disabled all non GD plugins and it still recreated it.

I am not sure what’s going on but you have two folders in WP that look like old caching plugins and you have a button in the admin bar that is supposed to clear cache, the problem seems to be caching related and not GD related, please seek advice from your host.

Hi Stephanie,

GD needs access to the file system so it can read and write .csv files for the import/export functions, this is relatively new system we added hence it was ok before. I have stopped the check running on ajax calls and that will be on the next version.

You should try and work with the system, if you want to remove the warning completely you can add this line to your child theme functions file but i don’t recommend it.

We have removed the ability for them to be shown on the category listings page as this was not working anyway so it was possible to break things so we removed the ability for it to be placed there. That is all.
