I see your user as a “Free User” I assume you bought the location manager on ThemeTailors, if so please go to My Account(top right)>Edit Profile>Profile>ThemeTailors Sales: Sync forum access

If you used the same email to sign up here then your account will then show “TT User” and you will have access to the location manager forum and access to auto updates.

OK i think both of you got your wires crossed here, customer wants them sorted by upcoming date which they are but the sort option in the widget says “Latest” i have changed the wording to “Upcoming” to avoid confusion.

my guess is this is being caused by w3 total cache which in not compatible.

After lots of investigation i found that it happens with enfold theme.
In javascript file avia.js of enfold theme at the last function has something go wrong after included in GD booster combining.

So i excluded avia.js from combining and now the map is working.

Please check and let me know.
