The one month price is just and example of how much it costs per month, the plans are 4,6 or 12 months (12 months being the best value)
If you choose not to continue the subscription then you will no longer have access to support or updates, you can still use the version you have with no problems.

thanks for the info, you had only authorize.net payment active but your price package was set to recurring which is only suported by paypal and stripe. I have set it as not recurring and it now shows.

u should have just cut and pasted so there should be nothing in that folder…
it don’t matter where it is, but yeah i usually create it there
ok can u try this, can u via ftp create a new folder called plugins.bak and copy all plugins from the plugins folder there, then try refreshing the front end (not back end) this will disable the plugins but not lose any settings.
If it is still the same then it’s an avada problem if not we can look further.
