I have done this
You will need to edit the select field options for the organization custom fields. You should remove all occurrences of ” from the options like:“Private Sector/1, Private Sector/0”, should be Private Sector/1, Private Sector/0,
I have looked at your test, if i make a change it changes back
sector type and organisation type are the ones changing.
they are set up the same as operational size and this is working fine.no, once published the selection i have made has changed
Can you clarify please?
did you add a csv file
or
manual add a listingthank you
Hi Alex
The CPT fields are now visible that my staff can add listings individually. When adding the fields and you publish, the system changes the data that has been input, changing cpt content selected. Please see previous communication. What about the uploading of the csv files? I have just carried out a test with 3 business listings and only 1 added despite upload statement saying all 3 had. None of the content in the csv matched. I am using CSV as per the sample format. see attachment.
The files when uploaded, the content does not match the fields as stated in my correspondence with you on the 8th Feb 2019 and previous correspondence to that. You stated that you were having developers look at the issue. Is this being carried out?
I have 1000s of listings to upload and i am getting nowhere fast whilst paying staff to create csv files that can’t be uploaded.
I feel like I am going round in circles.
Can you assist me please? This reply has been marked as private.Hi
How are we getting on with this?
I have tried to upload a small number of lines as a csv. The data isn’t going in to the fields and the categories are self selecting based on the default. For example, i have input the default. i have then input the actual category of that parent type. the system is adding the default and then adding randoms options within that parent list.
Same with other CPT Fields.
Thanks
AndreaHI
Do you have a link of how to add GD Packages to match to the memberships types?Yes I am charging a fee for registration as a user, not to add a GD listing. Restrictions are detailed in Woo Commerce Memberships.
I am presuming from what you are saying that I have to this in GD as well.
I am finding this confusing as I thought I had set this up already with Woo and the SKU in products. Please advise
Thanks
AndreaHi
Price packages are set as default recognised in Woo commerce being allocated product number.
The reason the CPT options weren’t showing is because they were auto added in the exclude option of the package set up.
I will continue to upload and see where we are from there. Hopefully this will assist with the CSV upload errors.I didn’t realise that i had to set up the package in GD as well as in Woo Commerce Membership. GD Packages are free, costs detailed in WooCommerce.
Do I need to link the 2 functions, so that once the member pays in Woo they get their log in details from Woo to access the free packages in GD as they have already paid in Woo?
Thank you for your help.
