An odd size icon was causing the problem. I’ve put up some temp icons and this resolved the issue.
I will get/make a new set all the same size.

Thanks again for all your help.

    Thanks Stiofan,
The old site is on a different host server and the DNS all points to the new site now.
I’ve kept the old site on the old host server and built the new site from scratch on a new host.
Pin size and alignment may be what you said, i will get a new set of icons for them all to check.
I will try your file again and make sure i flush the cashe and let you know.

    Thanks again

    Hi,
Some additional issues with the treeview main_list. The second category in set 1 character to the left and looks out of place with the rest.
We still have the old site running but you will need to put an entry in your host file to see it.
    ###################################
    88.208.252.207 http://www.offroadfun.org
    ###################################
On the old site you only see the pins for the category selected in the treeview mail_list.
I have been thorough everything and can’t seem to get them to line up or show the pin for the category selected. This is starting to become a problem with the aesthetics of the site.

    Any help much appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hi Stiofan,
I have tried that code but it does not solve my problem. If you go to offroadfun.org and deselect all except “Accomodation”. You will see the majority are houses but there are also a couple of Blue pins and a couple of car pins.
Lets take the lower of the two blue pins to examine.
This is a place that offers “Experience Days” but also offers “Accommodation”.
The default category for this place is “Experience Days” so you get the blue pin when searching for Accommodation. This is because the place offers Accommodation as well but the primary category is Experience Days.
This looks messy when you are using multiple categories.
I would like the pin for Accommodation to show for all when only accommodation is selected and not their default category pin.
Am i going about the structure of this the wrong way?

    Thanks

This was not thae case in onder versions as we have just transfered this site to the latest versions of PHP and Geodirectory. The old site showed the pin for the catagory selected in the map key. Do you know if this has been refined in recent versions? I can supply a host file line to view the old site if needed.

    Thanks
