I refreshed the downloads page and put in the claim listing plugin code and it still says it isnt active

Has there been an update to the migration module to accommodate for large listings?

If not can I please have assistance migrating my DB manually so I can utilize the new theme. I am running GeoTheme still and can not use captcha anymore because it get covered on mobile by the submit button for new listings and users cant submit listings so I am getting a ton of spam, like 50-100 spam claim listings and listing submissions a day
