    Thanks Guust.
I’ve changed all “Cafe” with an accent to straight “Cafe” now. However I still have 2 errors and I can’t work out where they are. What characters are not allowed in the various fields? Is there an error log to identify the failing rows in the CSV file?

Yes – I did create the categories first. The sample listings also have category names with commas in. This causes problems in importing because the import process assumes that each is a separate category. I’ve now removed all the commas from categories in my csv and database.

With respect to the default location, In Australia, the zip code can cover many suburbs, and is often used to define a locale rather than an individual suburb. For example, Samford Village is a small suburb of perhaps 6 square km, whereas the 4520 zip code covers an area of over 200 square km and includes about 10 suburbs. My directory is targeted at the 4520 zip code area.

    1. Is there a way in which this can be addressed without buying the MultiLocations plugin?

If I have to go down that path:
    2. Will the MultiLocations Plugin allow the import to work with different locations?
    3. Is the plugin available from ThemeForest (as I already have a credit in my account there)?

    Thanks again!

    Cheers
