No. I only have about a week left to finish this site. I will check back next time to see if it has been expanded. The advertisement offer full refunds and I just purchase this Thursday so how do I request a refund? I sent the following to the presales contact with my name and login email:
“Hi,
After trying support, it has become clear that GeoDirectory cannot do what I purchased it to do. Support has also said that it is not designed (and won’t be amended) to work as needed. You advertising offers full refunds but doesn’t say how to request them. Please refund my payment.”I’ve spent several hours trying to make a membership work with GD. Everything seems to be all or nothing. Meaning clients either have access to all of the listing options or none of them is use memberships.
Would it be possible for the GeoDirectory developer to update to cover this. Perhaps just another expiring tab that counts listings instead of days (seems easy enough but I an new to wordpress) or a prepaid pricing option?
I solved part of this the option values input. Is there a way to let clients add content here?
Also, on the issue of GD pricing, when someone is not logged into my site and clicks add listing they are taken to a disjointed login page that doesn’t work. If GD doing this? All would work if it would just direct them to the proper login page.
If I add another membership plugin (that would be three), will I still be able to enable/disable what items a subscriber can list?
I also have buddypress installed so I have different levels of membership. Subscriber which is free and Participant (GD Participant) which is paid by feature. Everything works fine except the inability of the GD addon to allow multiple listings.
Seems like this might be an easy and valuable line item on the price menu of GD Payments if the developer is willing to upgrade.
If not, is there a workaround?
