here are the short codes on the page, so how to specify a specific category for listings on the page

I want to change the listing category of the listings. I bekieve they are set to uncategorized and i want to change them to a different category.
also what is the shortcode for putting a category ID # on a page
how to edit category id in existing listing after the listing is a place?
i got the file imported all went in but for the CATEGORY COLUMN.
