yes i have that option set to yes as well and still not working. there are other people with the same problem and i currently have 3 sites myself with the same problem.
Is somebody looking into why this is not working correctly?
i can see you have signed up as we got your email with your password. have you got the password email sent to you?
we have had customers try to sign up with our websites and they get no emails, we have used over 10 different emails ourselves to see if it works and it is not working still. our website email address is getting the password email instead of the new user. Your system is sending the email to the website email instead of the new user and not sending the website a conformation email.something is not right here?
have tried from many different email providers and none are going to the new users.
what is odd is that the email with the new users password is coming to the website email since moving over to a domain email address. yet the website email is getting nothing still to say about a new user and obviously the new user is getting nothing either.
Nor is the claim listing working. now nothing is showing up in the geo back end like it was before and still no emails being sent either. seriously thinking about forgetting the claim listing thing to be honest, but the new user emails problem is a must for us.
using a contact form that was recommended by you guys and that all works as it should, the same as the last 2 contact forms I’ve tried.really to to know what this problem is as i will be setting up another site in the next few days plus the sites i have already need to be working correctly asap. Its very odd this one.

Update.
So we have put the domain email onto the geo system and the wordpress. The contact form works correctly but the claim listing is not showing in geo at all now, neither are any emails being sent to the user or website email.

What im looking for is a menu where it will allow drop down submenus from the main menu at the top of my website. Just like a normal custom menu would do, although a proper working mega menu would be better. The theme does not allow this as when i try to add submenus it gives errors in the menu settings and deletes half my menu, also on the website the categories then overlap each other.Hi Paolo,
Thank you for your information. I have asked my hosting company for the logins of those and to check the mail servers. I will pass them to you as soon as i get them.
When i first tried this setup everything worked correctly with the emails systems and i haven’t changed anything for it not to work. Must be something to do with server then. I have asked them to setup domain emails as well, just incase this has something to do with it.Regarding the pages, i really had no idea they were an important part of the plugin, just thought they were like templates/demos for pages. Now i know!
