I follow your instruction, and created a file in poedit and uploaded to the server. The steps are simple and it still not working. Poedit created a file with 1kb as soon as I saved to mo file. Can you please look into it and see what is wrong?

You customer support policy gurantee resolution writhin 24 hours on weekday again and 48 hours on weekends. This issue is over 96 hours and still no soultion. This is very upsetting, I invested so much in this directory that i can’t just leave it and go with a different providers. If you guys not resolve it in the next 12 hours I want my money back and my time invested. This is outrages.
