We are using the Geodirectory theme (geo 1280 with Genesis) and a number of plugins from geodirectory (listing claims, review, multilocation) and several third party plugins (mostly simple stuff like awesome font, SEO, nothing exotic there). Experience with Geodirectory is highly desirable as there are a fair amount of nuisances.
