I can confirm it show on all pages, and css fix leaves empty white box for logged in users.
Will this show up on all pages or just event pages like the “are you interested plugin”?

Not sure if this is a bug or not, but in gd>post images image size: seems not to be working. Only thumbnails makes it look bigger all other options look the same.(medium, medium large, large etc )
