    Hi

    As shown here the review has been left and approved

    However none of the stars are updating.

    Is this cached and taking ages to update the image?

    Also, I believe a user has the slug name ‘Australia’. Do I have to delete them, so WPGEO can not use Australia-1 slug(see url above)

    it doesn’t seem like the review has been approved. Please provide credentials and we will have a look.

    Yes to have slug australia for the location you need to either delete the user or change its slug in the DB directly and do the same for your location.

    The first review is just a comment review.

    Then I installed multi ratings.

    I reviewed another place and it also didn’t show after approval.

    Any ideas?

    Your WP Permalinks are not set to “postname” [but don’t think that is the problem]

    You do not have a Reviews table in your database and GD > Reviews > is not working.

    I have deactivated and reactivated

    My rating still doesn’t reach the front end even though it is approved

    Are there any other settings I should be looking for?

    You still have 2 missing tables (GD Tools > database check):
    ERROR: Reviews table does not exist
    ERROR: Rating category table does not exist

    De-activating and activating does not seem to fix it.
    Have you tried deleting and re-install?

    Deactivated the geo plugin

    Reactivated

    Still no good.

    ERROR: Reviews table does not exist
    ERROR: Rating category table does not exist

    Did you want me to add the tables manually?

    No, DELETE completely, including all files.
    Then RE-INSTALL.
    De-activating and activating does not force an install.

    If that does not fix it, we will need FTP and PHPmyAdmin access.

    Deactivated.
    Deleted.
    Re-installed.
    Re-activated.

    It still can’t find the database table

    ERROR: Reviews table does not exist
    ERROR: Rating category table does not exist

    When I leave a review, it just gets sent to the WordPress comments page for a standard moderation action.

    Can I create the tables manually via phpmyadmin?

    Is there any other way to fault find this?

    Hi,
    could you please try to add this snippet in your functions.php : 

    error_reporting(E_ERROR);

    Then go back to GD Tools, run the Multisite DB convertion check and click on FIX for the 2 missing tables?

    It will ask to refresh your page and this time it should work. If it doesn’t please provide both FTP and phpmyadmin credentials and we will check why this is happenining…

    I couldn’t recreate it in my tests.
