    Hello,

Upon updating to 2.0.0.68, a previous issue has come back.

When trying to Export CSV, I get the following:
ERROR: Could not create csv file. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions. (note: permissions are at 0755)

This was addressed a couple months ago here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/export-listings-csv-fail/#post-505099
with a snippet, even though the error happened even when I ONLY had WPGD active.

I tried to export in 2.0.0.68 both with the snippet active and with it disabled. Same error persisted.

I then reverted back to 2.0.0.67, and the issue goes away, the Export works properly.

    Guidance on how to resolve?

    Thank you.

    Hi Mitch,

I have updated PHP snippet at #505099. Please copy again and check how it goes.

    Hi Kiran,

Thank you for your help here. However, that did not resolve the issue.

    I updated to 2.0.0.68.
Added the revised snippet (deactivating the other one).

    The same error applied.

I then deactivated ALL other plugins where ONLY WPGD, (plus Search, Location, and Pricing) were active.

I tried to export, received same error. ERROR: Could not create csv file. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions.

Deactivated the WPGD addons, tried again, received same error.

Activate 2019 theme (again WPGD is the ONLY plugin active), same error.

    What else should I try?

    Thanks.

    Hi Mitch,

    – Provide full admin access to admin account you provided. Current admin user does not have access to some admin pages like Plugin Manager, Settings etc.
    – Provide us FTP credentials & tell us where you put that snippet.

    Hi Kiran,

Please retry. I saw your login and realized there was a plugin conflict that created two admin levels. I have resolved.

    Sorry for inconvenience.

    Hi Mitch,

Please check now. Actually “back quote” is replaced to “code” tag in snippet as it not supported. I have used alternative way to provide snippet. See #505099

I have replaced code tag to back quote and now export is working fine.

    Regards,
    Kiran

    Hi Kiran,

I tested the revised snippet on staging and it worked. I have also now moved it to the live site, and it works there as well.

Thank you very much for your assistance. Have a great day.
