Things have been working fine, but For some reason I’m today getting 404 page not not found errors on some GD pages.
Many GD pages work correctly including the Listing pages from within BuddyPress, /location page, and Details pages on my 5 CPTs and GD Events. However /gd-home, Add Listing, and Places Details all return 404 errors.

I have resaved my Permalinks but this has not helped.
    Thoughts?

    Hi again,

I have to pass this to the developers, I’m not sure why this is happening.

    We’ll let you know asap.

    Thanks

    Hi,

this is the answer from the developer:

I have checked on site http://www.myharbors.com/ and it seems a third party plugins is causing the 404 error. There are many third party plugins installed on site and may be one of them causing problem.

I have created one sample page from Pages -> Add New with page slug “mypage”, and when i visited url http://www.myharbors.com/mypage/ it still shows 404 page error.

If you visit page GD Home page with urls http://www.myharbors.com/?pagename=gd-home OR http://www.myharbors.com/?page_id=159325 it works fine. So it means there is something wrong with rewrite rules.

Also matched Query & Query String for working site and for http://www.myharbors.com/
    for working sites it has
    Matched Query pagename=gd-home&page=
    Query String pagename=gd-home&page_id=899&gd_is_geodir_page=1

and for http://www.myharbors.com/ site it has
    Matched Query name=gd-home&page=
    Query String name=gd-home

So please try disabling one by one third party plugin to find out which plugin causing problem.
Please provide FTP & DB details to do more debugging if you have still problem.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

    Hi,
You can close out this topic. I’m not sure what caused the problem but after reinstalling WordPress and deleting and reinstalling only my current minimum set of plugins needed, things are working again. So something is causing a conflict but not sure what. However I appear to be up and running for the moment. Thanks for your help.
