    Hello,
Let me just that I love the GEO Directory plugin.
I did not realise that my subscription ended on December 2016. Not remembering this bit of detail, I noticed that I had a few plugin notifications in my WordPress admin panel so I selected to update all plugins like I have done in the past.
Right after that, my site stopped working and instead I got a 500 error (with no access to the admin panel). I contacted my hosting company and they informed me that my site is not working because of the expired GEO Directory plugin.
I have since purchased a new GeoDirectory membership and I’d like to know how can I update the plugin if I can’t access my Admin Panel and will I loose all of the previous settings that I customised in the plugin?

    Hi GJC,

You will first need to disable the plugin through FTP by renaming the plugin folder. Once you gain entry to the backend, update all plugin files by replacing it directly through FTP. If you need help with this, could you please share the login credentials listed below?
