No, that’s not possible. The only solution is the location manager add-on as Paolo suggests.
May 1, 2016 at 1:51 pm #183136I’m looking at the memberships and they “includes all add-ons” but I seem to remember one of the ones we needed was a third party add-on. Is there anywhere to see exactly what addons are included?
May 1, 2016 at 1:54 pm #183137Everything listed here is included:

https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/category/themes/May 1, 2016 at 2:08 pm #183151I just watched the video for the Location Manager. Unless I missed it I didn’t see where I could correct the area of a city such as Ibarra, which is clearly wrong.
May 1, 2016 at 10:23 pm #183419You can’t correct anything, you can add new locations, I’m sure Google Maps isn’t perfect, but there is nothing you or us can do about that.
Thanks
May 1, 2016 at 11:18 pm #183423I understand what you are saying about Google Maps. It’s a major problem with Ecuador. I need to be able to locate businesses in the right location. One, I believe I saw a Google Maps app where you could move the pin to the right location. I remember it was down for months but I believe it’s back up. Secondly, no one going to care about what I call the location. It is important that it’s at the right place. Using Ibarra as an example, at least half the city is cut off. If I see where the error pops up could I then create Ibarra2, and, if so, can I define the parameters of the location? That’s not great because Ibarra2 makes no sense but I don’t see any other option.
May 2, 2016 at 12:13 am #183428Well, surprise, surprise! Believe it or not I actually got a response from Google. You won’t be happy with their response. They insist that it is an issue with GeoDirectory and nothing to do with the maps api. Don’t shoot the messenger.
May 2, 2016 at 12:38 am #183432It is not a “problem”, GeoDirectory is designed to work only with one city as defined by Google.
If you want to add a listing outside that location, then you need the Location Manager addon.
It is by design, not by mistake.Can you post the address you want to add, then we can test where Google thinks it belongs.
May 2, 2016 at 12:06 pm #183644Google has come back asking for a contact to work with you on the issue. If you can give me an email address I will forward their latest reply to you.

I wonder how can they think it’s our mistkae, in my opinion they didn’t understand the problem at all.
Thanks
May 2, 2016 at 2:58 pm #183755if the location you are trying to add is outside this area highlighted in red, I think there will be nothing you can do bu add the other locations too.
Thanks
May 2, 2016 at 3:02 pm #183757Strangely I setup a test location and was going to show them where the city was cut off but I could move the pin anywhere in Ibarra now, mysteriously. Go figure.
May 2, 2016 at 3:26 pm #183763Thanks for letting us know.
May 6, 2016 at 9:31 pm #185988Everybody hates to admit that they are stupid in public. I am no different but I have spent the entire day trying to figure out why some of the information on the listing is white and other information is orange. I have inspected the page and tried every single thing I could find. No luck. Just please send me in the right direction so I will not bother you again. I promise.

May 6, 2016 at 11:59 pm #186095You have added some CSS that is doing it. It is added on the page, so maybe at GD > design > scripts, but it could be as part of your theme too.
div#sidebar.sidebar.geodir-sidebar-right.geodir-details-sidebar-right
#sidebar, #sidebar-2 .urbangreymenu ul li a:hover {
width: 350px;
color: white;
background: #0c642c;
border-radius: 8px;
}This helps you identify bits like that: http://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/customizing-your-style/
And don’t worry about being stupid. We are all at different stages of the path to perfection 🙂 and all look stupid in the eyes of some and totally clever in the eyes of others. 🙂 🙂
