    Hi,

We are going to build an A to Z classified index with [GeoDirectory] where it will be the most important points as follows :

1- Able to add collapsible sublist to the main glossary listing.
2- Able to show the number of listing plus the number of each sublist.
3- Able to change glossary color in the sublist or the main list.
4- Able to add icons before or after the glossary listing.

How we can we do this with GeoDirectory to achieve A to Z Glossary index as shown in the attached picture

    Thanks,
    omangate

    Hi,

we will have a widget that will cover 99% of what you need in the next version. (should be released next week)

    1) they won’t be collapsible, widget shows always all categories and sub categories. You’ll have to add that via jquery and css.

    2) this is covered.

    3) you’ll have to do that with css

    4) there is option to hide or show the icon before. Not after.

    Thanks

    Dear paolo,

Very interesting to know that you are working on somthing like our requirement the only thing which need your attention is the flexibility to change the listing layout with responsivity and integrity for any theme and browser.

On the other hand it would be best if you can add a tab or menu to change the colors and the viewing style in easy way instead of do the CSS adjustment manually all time.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

we will make sure to test responsivness.

I don’t think we’ll ever add options for colors. They would have to be saved in the database and make the application slowler. For this things is better to use CSS.

    Thanks
