Accordion Problem

    Hi there,

    I’m trying to add an Elementor Accordion widget on my GD Details page but for some reason this won’t load on this page.

    It is displaying as in the image attached, how do I fix this?

    Hi,

    I have realised that this is because I needed to use Elementor Pro, so I have upgraded my license.

    However, this seems to have changed my GD Details page and I can’t work out how to simply add the accordion

    Ultimately I like the profile page I have designed at the moment and do not want to change the template to that. I simply want to add in the accordion widget from the Elementor page builder.

    Can you give me instructions how to do this?

    Thanks for your post. Sorry, I’m not so sure if I’m getting this. Are you trying to use the Elementor Plugin on your details page or Profile page?

    Sorry it is on the GD Details page not the profile page.

    I would build a new theme layout but I can’t replicate the feature image with the page title over it like on the GeoDirectories pages.

    Thanks for your reply. Try editing the details template https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/templates/details/ and insert the GD shortcode into the elementary modules. Could you give it a try and see if it works?

    So I think I need to create a new template in the Elementor builder, however I am unsure how to replicate the featured image with the page title over it.

    Can you advise?

    Hi,

    We have a page about builder integrations. With the GD Details, Archive, and Search Archive you must create a ‘theme builder’ layout and set it to override the page/cpt.

    Have you done that yet?

    Once you do, you can also make sure that there is a WP Page that has the default GD Content and set that as the details page in the GD settings.

    Hi,

    I have I am just finding it impossible to recreate the Supreme Directory layout though with the full width featured image and H1 text over the top of it.

    Is there any way of doing this?

    As for this bit…

    You can connect and image module to a GD field using the “Dynamic’ feature.

    With GDV 20085, no, it is no longer necessary.
