Account Issue – half of my plugins showing Pending

I recently purchased membership. During checkout my credit card declined the transaction as part of their fraud protection. I released the block on the card and had to re-enter the purchase of $150 and was successful in the 2nd transaction. But this seems to have messed up my account a bit – if I look at my Downloads it shows half of the plugins as “Payment status is Pending”.
If I go to my Purchase History, I have 2 transactions – one is Pending and the other is View Details and Downloads.

I am not sure if it is related, but I can’t update my plugins – I updated the GD core and I have my licenses entered and recognized but if I try to update I get the errors:

An error occurred while updating GeoDirectory Events: Download failed. SSL: no alternative certificate subject name matches target host name ‘wpgeodirectory.com’

An error occurred while updating GeoDirectory Location Manager: Download failed. SSL: no alternative certificate subject name matches target host name ‘wpgeodirectory.com’
