Hi,
Sorry for writing here also. I have made a payment for a new account listed as roberthoog. But after the payment i only get a message that i need to confirm the account with the paypal e-mail. I also clicked on resend message but it does not come in.
I have send this also to support by e-mail but are a bit in a hurry to use one of the plugins.
Is there some admin here who can help me out?

I have send a code to your paypal email address please confirm it and i will activate your account. We must confirm the buyer has access tot he paypal email address for security reasons.

Maybe it is a problem that I created a account with a different e-mail address then my PayPal account is on.

RobertNovember 3, 2014 at 11:57 am #20373We do send the email to the paypal email address, every now and then there is a problem where a user does not receive it, it’s not very often and we guess it’s down to some spam issue.

I have the same problem. I created an account and bought an annual subscription yesterday.
It’s been more than 24hours and after multiple attempts to verify the PayPal email address, the email won’t even be sent there.The account I bought the subscription for is under the username “bynatasha”.
I had to create a new account in order to be able to post here.
I have also sent an email through your “Contact Us” page, but haven’t received a reply.Please activate my account. I need to deliver a project in about 24 hours and I am stuck!

I paid $150 USD for a yearly subscription but cannot login. The confirmed e-mail on my Paypal account is [email protected] but the e-mail I registered with is [email protected]. Please send the confirmation code to either one and I will get it. I really need access ASAP, but have not received any e-mails

Where did you send it?
Just FYI, the email was sent to [email protected], not [email protected], our mail server flagged it as sent/received.
Did you check your spam folder?
In any case, given that the email on paypal and your account are the same, I went ahead and manually activated your account.
