I just noticed that my account expires on the 20 March 2016. This would be acceptable but since your account changes it looks like I paid for subscription last March. I didnt. I paid for subscription in November 2015. So can I have the remaining months reinstated onto my account please? I know that migrating accounts is never easy and it looks like your CSV Import of data did not fully transfer original subscription datas. I have attached the confirmation email I received on the 20th November for reference.
