Activation emails

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    So, we’ve not been getting some activation emails from user sign ups during some testing.
    Not getting them is our issue as we had some server issues, but it brought up a potential issue.

    If we go into the backend of WP we don’t see this user at all.
    So what do we do if a user says they didn’t get the activation email?
    There doesn’t seem to be a way to re-send or even manually activate them.

    What registration plugin are you using?
    Gd does not require activation so I am guessing you are using UsersWP or maybe Buddypress or something else.
    If you post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply we can have a look.
