Add a Listing dropdown after logging in is buggy

When I am logged in and try to click the Add Listing drop down on the sidebar of the Add Listing page I get a bug. I see a strange mix of x and o’s. There is no way to click the Listings or My Listings link.

I realized this because I see no other way to add a Franchise to a listing even thought I have enabled franchises for both price packages. I
