add events page not showing

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi,

    I am using the Enfold WordPress theme.
    When I try to use the Add Event page by clicking on the Add Event button on the menu the link redirects back to the home page without ever hitting the entry form.

    I will add login info in a private post.

    Hi,

    did you enable events submission in GD > design > navigation > Allow post type to add from frontend

    Username and password are not correct, so I can’t check.

    Hi,

    there is no add-event page on GeoDirectory. There is the add-listing page that is used for all CPT.

    Your add listing page for the event CPT is: http://yoursite.com/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_event

    The custom links in your navigation are wrong. You should let them add to GD itself: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-design/#navigation

    Thank you. I had to create them as custom links as I want to position them differently than the default. You can close this ticket.
