    Thanks for your post. You can configure the settings here GD > Design > Listings > New listing default status and shown in the attached screenshot.

    Hello,

    The most common GeoDirectory notifications settings are at:

    GeoDirectory – Notiications

    There you can setup, under the BCC tab, the option to receive an email when a new user registers.

    GeoDirectory does not contain features for forcing confirmation of email on new user registrations. We recommend you try out the UsersWP plugin https://userswp.io
