    Hi,

I would like to know if it’s possible to delete and re-organize the order of the default custom fields on the Add Listing form?

    Thanks!

    Hi Fabio,

    Please see GD>Place Settings
You can add/delete and drag drop to order.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan

    Hi Stiofan,

    no I can’t.

I can add/delete and order just the new custom fields. But fields like Twitter, Website and Special Offers I just can re-order, but not delete.

    Why GD is so locked?

    Hi Fabio,

A predefined field with a grey cross cannot be deleted. Only custom fields with the red cross can be deleted.

    Hi Fabio,

If you don’t need any of predefined fields, you just need to deactivate it using the “Active” option as shown in this screenshot. http://prntscr.com/embsmh

    Thanks!

Like, in my user case I don’t need “Special offers”. Why I can’t delete?

I want a logical answer if you have one.

    Oh ok, I got it.

But I have to say that it’s an interface matter.

    Thanks for the support!

And tell me. How can I change the look of this form? Which CSS classes I should use?

    Thanks!

    Hi Fabio,

It depends on how you’d want it to look like and I’d like you to check out this article that briefly explains how to work with custom CSS. https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/ .

    Thanks!
