    Hi all,

On using the add listing page the map is really slow and crashes the page at every step.

Can you advise what I’m doing wrong?

    Thanks

Yes, it should. Basic shared hosting is never going to support a lot of listings and a forum at the same time.

    Hi Guust,

The general listings and forum are a bit slow but manageable. I was going to switch this over when we launched but the add listing page just doesn’t work I believe this is due to the map loading.

Is this also caused by the server or is there another issue needing to be resolved?

The issue with the add listing page was that your default city was set to “,,” which was empty which caused the location inputs to try and show all 38k cities which is not good, i set the first city in the list as the default, you might want to set the one you want, but it should work much better now.

    Stiofan,

Just out of curiosity is it possible to set the default city to current location?

    Thanks
