That is really weird, if I enalbe multi country, it lets me change address and it doesn’t change country name.

If I set back to use only the default country, it throws that error.

I asked to the developers to check.

    They’ll us know asap.

    Thanks

    Hi Belen,

Please check seems it working now.

The problem is you have two spains in your country list.
Please provide wp-admin, FTP and Database access and we will resolve this.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan

    HI,

I think the problem is the way it’s been translated. The developers will let us know with precision and they’ll correct it too.

However they’ll need access to your database via phpmyadmin or cpanel.

    Credentials provided are not enough.

    Thanks for your patience,

    Hi,

I’ve translated to Spanish the whole Geodirectory core and almost all add-ons, including Supreme Directory theme also, but there are two (2) items that I cannot achieve they to appear translated:
About me & Account Settings (please see the attached file)

Any idea where I could find the original text in order to translate the?

    Thank you,

    Hello,
I’ve never seen those items, they are probably from an add-on I’m not using.
    Sorry I can’t help you.

    Hi Belen,

Please check now and let us know if still has problem. If not working then provide us which address you are using to set on map.

Actually it should not add duplicate country in DB, so we are finding reason that adding duplicate country in DB.

    Thanks,
    Kiran

    Hi Belen,

Please check, we have fixed that duplicates country entry in DB & country translation problem.
For error window that popup when moving pin in map, if address selected by pin not falls within default country or within a selected regions then it will alerts to choose address within selected regions.

    FYI:
    The address you provided

    Country: Spain
    State: Lugo
    City: Monforte de lemos
Street: Rua de las huertas 42

does not return any rows via google geo api, so if you still want to set that address then just fill address, region, city, lat & lon fields and save listing.

    Let us know.

    Thanks,
    Kiran
