Can I specify which custom post type does ‘Add listing’ page refers to?

I have several, and prefer to have ‘Add listing’ item menu with a dropdown menu ‘Add location’, ‘Add event’, ‘Add professional service’ etc.

Add your GD Login widget and you will get all the correct URLs.
For example
/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_place
/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_event
/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_professional
etc
