Add listing pagination and customisation

Hi there
I’m setting up a directory for people looking to rent venues. Some of the venues advertising will have more than one room so I’m looking for a cost for modifying the ‘add listing’ form to reflect this. In practice, this will work as follows: when someone adds a new venue/place the add listing form offers a number of fields for rooms (ie. dimensions, cost to hire per hour, facilities). If the user has more than one room, they can click on an ‘add room’ link to generate another set of text fields (for room 2, room 3, room 4 etc).
